[ Mitsuru hasn't quite reached Fuuka levels of problematic when it comes to cooking. Yet. She certainly doesn't think she can get away with just winging this entire thing at least. The idea that a written down recipe from a "professional" could steer them wrong is disconcerting... then again, they've already had to deviate from it due to lack of ingredients. Still, whoever the recipe author was they seem to think that a tomato based sauce and raw salmon go together...
