[it was, perhaps, very foolish of Akira to think that he had could escape the whole. . . movie-making thing. . . that had swept through the resort completely unscathed. his average, unassuming appearance was doing him a favor, here: nobody wanted to cast a completely average joe in their passion-project!! and being passed over for most major acting roles and delegated to "production assistant" had made him a bit too confident at showing his face around the various sets. if all he was good enough for was making coffee and fetching food, then surely it wouldn't hurt to slink around the edge of the excitement just to see what was going on, right?]

[the police officer's outfit is. . . not his favorite, but it's what the costume manager had chosen for him nevertheless. at least the outfit itself is so far removed from that of a real cop that it doesn't make him uncomfortable. tolerable at worst. . . and he thinks the skirt looks great on him at best. but even then, the role of a fledgling actor was not meant to be. even a "super sexy" (quote the costume director) outfit couldn't save poor Joker and his "ordinary aura" (again: quote the costume director). and thus, he is dismissed from any further work, left to his own devices. . . and to figure out how to strip out of this costume as soon as possible]
[his first thought is to duck into a nearby trailer. which he does, opening the door and slipping inside with all of the silence of a skittish cat. the problem? he totally did not check to see if the trailer was occupied beforehand. it seems he is about due for yet another (mildly awkward but not unpleasant!) run in with Gekkoukan's premier student council president!!]
