I've been to both in the past.

They're connected to one another actually. Heron's Retreat is the spa, it's connected to Crane's Respite which is the bath house. It's quite vast, there's a number of pools to swim in and grottos and caves and such.
I have - two actually. [ God, that's actually scary to think about. ] The first I was actually thrown a party by the House at the Gilded Cage. They gave me a dress to wear and sent me to various beauty appointments to get ready. [ You know, because Queen. ]
